Kevin Soucie, an American who began learning French at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, was inspired by French music introduced to him by his professor.  He transferred to McGill University in Montreal, and being a guitar player and singer, began to learn French and Québécois songs. This hobby grew into a passion, and in the years that followed, he started to perform for various university programs and other French organizations. When he is not on tour, he participates in the Bastille Days festivals in Milwaukee (where he is from) and is also a regular guest performer on the Alliance Française de Milwaukee’s “Rive Gauche” radio show.
